Refund & Returns Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked together with the receipt and the goods should be in the good condition. So, whenever receive and open the parcel, please record the video without any pause and cut, you have to submit it for any complaints and claims. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
www.biochempharmacy.com (or My Biochem Pharma Sdn Bhd) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during any transit unless there is assurance by courier companies. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 4 working days after the confirmation.
